Abstract:

本发明涉及一种变波长低阶水平剪切波电磁超声换能器,可用于导体材料的超声波探伤检测,属于无损检测技术领域。阵列磁铁等距变化驱动系统的主要功能为换能器的电气系统提供可变磁铁间距(即可变波长)的偏置磁场;本发明通过改变波长同时改变激励频率的SH模态磁铁阵列式EMAT换能器能够更好地适应的检测要求,可以根据实际的检测要求对换能器进行调整。因而,具有更强的适应性和灵活性。
