Abstract:

一种用于形成稀土氢化物颗粒涂层的处理剂和形成涂层的电沉积方法,属于磁性材料技术领域。分散剂中分散有稀土氢化物颗粒,分散剂为正己烷或正庚烷,稀土为Pr、Nd、Tb、Dy、Ho中的至少一种。采用电沉积方法将上述氢化物颗粒沉积到在烧结NdFeB稀土磁体表面形成均匀、致密且厚度可控的涂层。稀土氢化物颗粒涂层可以明显改善烧结NdFeB稀土磁体的磁性能,特别是磁体的矫顽力。采用本发明方法可以在保证磁体具有良好磁性能的前提下,降低烧结NdFeB稀土中重稀土的使用量,从而减少高矫顽力磁体的制造成本。
