Abstract:
一种多孔粒子MCM-41-ZIF-8/PDMS渗透汽化杂化膜、制备与应用,属于膜分离技术领域。本发明利用介孔分子筛MCM-41表面丰富的硅羟基, 采用真空原位生长法在其表面合成金属有机框架材料——微孔ZIF-8,制备含有介-微孔孔道的多孔粒子。将多孔粒子MCM-41-ZIF-8采用硅氮烷进一步疏水改性,与PDMS共混后采用刮膜法在去离子水堵孔的聚砜基膜上制备渗透汽化杂化复合膜,并应用于乙醇/水体系的分离。利用MCM-41孔径大与ZIF-8对醇分子的吸附性,促使醇分子在膜表面的吸附及在多孔粒子孔道内的传质扩散,克服分离因子与渗透通量之间的Trade-off现象, 从而提高杂化膜的分离性能。本发明多孔粒子合成方法与制膜工艺简单可行,具有较好的工业应用前景。
