Abstract:
一种基于溶剂萃取法提取回收铂的协同萃取体系属于资源回收技术领域。其特征在于:采用磷酸三丁酯TBP为萃取剂,2-甲氧基苯基硫脲为协同萃取溶剂,用异戊醇作为稀释剂,组成协萃体系;向含铂料液中加入2-甲氧基苯基硫脲-盐酸溶液,调节酸度即H+浓度至3~5mol/L,并置于30~45℃的恒温水浴中2~4min,冷却得到含铂浓度为0.01~5μg/ml的萃取水相;量取定量TBP,用异戊醇稀释成浓度为0.5~2mol/L的液体,作为萃取的有机相;将有机相与水相料液按照体积比1:1~1:10加入到分液漏斗中,然后振荡,30s~2min后取出静置分液,将分液后的有机相进行反萃。本发明在提高铂的萃取效率的同时,降低成本、减少污染,以达到高效经济环保的效果。
