Abstract:

一种无或低磁性、立方织构Ni-W合金复合基带的制备方法,属于高温涂层超导基带制备技术领域。分别制备两种不同W含量的但尺寸相同的Ni-W合金坯锭,叠放焊合固定在一起;进行冷轧,总变形量为50%;进行轧制间回复热处理;切去边裂和毛刺并且中间一分为二截断;重复上述叠放焊合、轧制、回复热处理1~4次的累积叠轧,使得多层叠轧后的坯锭的最外层均是低W含量的Ni-W合金,再进行冷轧和轧制间回复退火,并进行两步再结晶退火即可。本发明方法能获得性能优异的复合基带。
