Abstract：
一种Al-Er-Zr-Si铝合金及热处理工艺，属于金属合金技术领域。Al-Er-Zr-Si合金中Er的含量0.05wt.%-0.07wt.%，Zr的含量0.2wt.%-0.3wt.%，Si的含量0.062-0.16wt.%。首先在640±10℃固溶48小时，随后水淬到室温，然后在150～550℃之间进行等时时效，时间间隔为2h。相对不含Si的Al-Er-Zr合金，峰值硬度提高约25％。
