Abstract:

一种带内置散热器的高倍聚光光伏接收器,涉及聚光光伏技术领域。其特征在于:它包括内置散热器、过渡导热片和太阳能电池;内置散热器包括导气孔和散热齿,散热齿朝向组件内侧,内置散热器带有散热齿一侧留有平整区域;太阳能电池粘接在过渡导热片上,过渡导热片贴装在内置散热器的平整区域内;内置散热器通过导热硅胶粘接在组件的内部。本发明的有益效果是1、太阳能电池可更有效的进行散热;2、内置散热器便于加工,成本更低;3、内置散热器体积较小、质量更轻,降低了追踪支架的载荷要求;4、消除了散热器裸露的高压危险;5、此内置散热器可进行快速自动化安装。
