Abstract:

一种水中2, 4-二氯苯酚的定量检测方法属于化合物分析检测领域。本发明提供了一种顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱检测水中2, 4-二氯酚的方法,固相微萃取萃取头有富集挥发性成分的作用,能够检测出水中微量的2, 4-二氯酚,本方法可用作标准方法检测水中2, 4-二氯酚浓度,其前处理简单快速,只需30分钟加热萃取,无需溶剂,安全环保,且样品用量少,方法线性、加标回收率良好,检测灵敏度可达6.54μg/L。
