Abstract:

基于正交环绕线圈的圆周阵列式磁致伸缩传感器,包括铁钴合金条带,正交环绕在铁钴合金条带上的矩形线圈和圆形线圈、机械夹持装置。矩形线圈预先环绕在铁钴合金条带上,经环氧树脂粘接,与外侧的橡胶层固化形成半圆柱壳形状的检测单元。两个检测单元直接扣合或采用环氧树脂粘贴在圆管、圆杆等结构表面,经导电插销连接后形成通路。排线式圆形线圈环绕在检测单元外侧,穿过机械夹持装置,采用适配器连接形成通路;机械夹持装置可对圆形线圈及检测单元施加径向载荷。该发明可用于在圆管、圆杆结构中激励和接收扭转模态超声导波,具有更高的能量激发效率,并且结构简洁,实现扭转模态超声导波的多通道激励与接收,为管道检测的聚焦成像算法提供基础。
