Abstract:

一种喹啉-2-羧酸的制备方法,属于喹啉-2-羧酸的制备技术领域。该方法是以甲醇或者乙醇为溶剂,选用具有式(Ⅰ)或式(Ⅱ)结构的单核金属卟啉为催化剂,用量为50~120ppm,在浓度为0.1~2.0mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中,通入0.5~2.0MPa氧气,于40~140℃下反应2~12小时,得到喹啉-2-羧酸。本方法的优点在于采用的催化剂金属卟啉,用量小,且具有近似酶的高活性和高选择性;反应条件温和,提高了实验操作的安全性,既能有效地利用资源,又可减少环境污染,大大降低了能耗,达到了节能减排的目的。。
