Abstract:

基于双谱分析的混频效应非线性超声检测方法,属于无损检测领域。该方法首先通过扫频实验得到激励探头及激励接收探头的幅频特性曲线,根据探头的幅频特性曲线确定探头激励频率或范围;然后进行异侧激励混频模式实验,追踪差频和频信号,根据差频和频信号的幅频响应特性确定激励信号最优频率;在最优频率下的时域接收信号进行双谱分析,根据双谱图中是否出现混频分量判断试件中是否存在结构微裂纹。通过改变激励信号延时,对试件长度方向扫查并追踪差频和频信号,根据差频和频信号的幅频响应特性确定结构微裂纹位置。本发明采用两探头分别激励信号,可避免实验仪器非线性对实验结果的影响;通过控制激励信号的延时时间使两信号相遇可识别裂纹位置。
