Abstract:

一种连续流方式快速培养好氧半亚硝化颗粒污泥的方法:首先接种絮状亚硝化污泥,使其快速适应连续流反应器,构建以好氧氨氧化菌为主导的微生物系统;然后调节一定的断面上升流速、曝气量,在保证一定的氨氧化率和亚硝化率基础上实现絮状污泥颗粒化;最后依靠反应器较大的高径比,不断提高断面上升流速以提高水流剪切力,使颗粒粒径快速增长。并调节曝气、水力停留时间,保证氨氧化率和亚硝化率分别在60%和80%以上,实现颗粒粒径的强化增长。成功实现了连续流方式好氧半亚硝化颗粒的培养。
