Abstract：
本发明涉及仪器仪表的数据处理领域，提供了一种对高速取样示波器采样中时基抖动去除的数据处理方法。本发明特征在于数据处理过程中，采用EEMD方法进行分解，通过对IMF分量进行频域分析，筛选出有用信号，将噪声信号去除，进而重构出新信号，达到去除时基抖动的效果。
