Abstract:

实现高斯光束整形半径随机锯齿光阑平均半径的确定方法属于激光领域。首先确定光阑半径r,即r=a×(1+a1*rand(θ)),其中a为平均半径,取0.001~0.003m,a1为调制深度,为0.05,然后制作出不同平均半径的光阑进行实验并计算特征参数:填充因子、调制强度、光强对比度,最后从特征参数中确定最优的平均半径,得到a的大小范围为入射高斯光束束宽的60%。本方法通过使用半径随角度随机变化的锯齿光阑,并配合空间滤波器,相比于传统的调幅波纹锯齿光阑,提高了径向的光强填充因子和减弱调制强度。本发明可广泛用于激光器的光束整形和光强均匀化中,能够保证其具有较高的填充因子明显提高激光器储能物质的利用率、稳定性和输出功率。
