Abstract:

一种低硅铝比X型沸石分子筛[(Li, Ca)-LSX]的制备方法属于微孔材料、氮氧分离及离子交换等多种领域。本发明首先通过锂离子交换,使钠型低硅铝比X型沸石分子筛(Na-LSX)具有一定的锂离子交换度,然后再利用钙离子交换得到低硅铝比X型沸石分子筛[(Li, Ca)-LSX],最终产品的组成为LixCa(48-0.5x)Si96Al96O384。本发明与单一的锂离子交换工艺相比,具有锂离子用量减少,生产成本降低且生产工艺简单等优点。所制备的(Li, Ca)-LSX型沸石分子筛与Li-LSX相比吸附容量较大,在精细化工、吸附交换及氮氧分离等领域中表现出广泛的应用潜力。
