Abstract:

光学浮区法生长掺稀土元素Ta2O5晶体的方法属于晶体生长领域。本发明步骤:将Ta2O5粉料与稀土元素氧化物粉料按照需要生长晶体的化学计量比进行混合;将步骤(1)中制得的混合料经过球磨、烘干、预烧、研磨过筛,然后将粉料装入长条形气球中密封,抽真空后等静压下压制成棒状的料棒;将制得的料棒经烧结后获得多晶棒;将多晶棒放入浮区炉中,设置升温速率为30~60℃/分钟至多晶棒和籽晶融化,调整多晶棒和籽晶的旋转速度和旋转方向,接种;然后设置晶体生长速度进行晶体生长;晶体生长结束后设置降温时间,冷却至室温。本发明无污染,周期短,效率高,能快速生长厘米量级、无宏观缺陷、高质量的掺稀土元素的Ta2O5晶体。
