Abstract:

一种Cu2ZnSnS4太阳能电池吸收层薄膜的非肼基溶液制备方法,包括如下步骤:(a)环境友好且稳定的前躯体溶液制备(b)浸渍提拉前躯体薄膜制备(c)干燥(d)反复浸渍提拉、干燥 (e)最后退火处理。本发明所提供的Cu2ZnSnS4薄膜制备方法,不需要使用昂贵的原材料和设备,各工艺步骤的控制性好,有利于制成大晶粒、致密、光电性能良好的吸收层薄膜,其工艺简单,可重复性强,易实现大规模生产。本发明中配制稳定的前躯体溶液所采用的试剂均无毒且物化性质稳定,为发展绿色环保、低成本、高转换效率的Cu2ZnSnS4薄膜太阳能电池技术提供新思路,可促进Cu2ZnSnS4薄膜太阳能电池产业化快速发展。
