Abstract:

一种强化低温低浊度水处理的复合混凝剂制备方法属水处理领域。本发明步骤:(1)称取原料;(2)将硅酸钠溶液加入无机酸中,使pH值为1.0~4.0,搅拌,静止熟化1~2小时,生成聚硅酸溶液;(3)配制铝盐溶液将Al/Si摩尔比控制在5~15范围内,然后与聚硅酸溶液进行复配,在温度60~70℃下,滴加氢氧化钠或碳酸氢钠溶液,配制聚硅铝溶液;(4)配制钾和钙的混合溶液,其中Ca/Mn摩尔比为5~10;(5)聚硅铝溶液与高锰酸钾和氯化钙的混合溶液按Al/Mn摩尔比10~20混合,搅拌,调节pH值至1.0~3.0,静止熟化24~48小时,该复合混凝剂得以制备。本发明降低污染物对后续工艺的负荷,保障供水安全、降低制水成本的目的。
