Abstract:

本发明涉及一种金属卟啉-金属盐复合催化剂催化氧化邻硝基甲苯制备邻硝基苯甲酸的方法。该方法是在含乙醇50%~95%体积的乙醇水溶液中,以金属卟啉和金属盐的组合作为催化剂,或以式(I)、式(II)和式(III)中的任意两种或三种的组合作为催化剂,或以式(I)和式(I)、式(II)和式(II)、式(III)和式(III)的组合作为催化剂,金属卟啉的浓度5~50ppm,金属盐的浓度5~200ppm,在0.5~2.5mol/L氢氧化钠的乙醇水溶液中,通入0.5~2.5MPa氧气,在35~55℃下反应1~6h,得到邻硝基苯甲酸。本方法的优点在于目标产物收率高,反应时间短,碱用量低且溶剂毒性小,既能有效地节约资源,又可减少环境污染,还可达到降低能耗的目的,进而全面地实现了节能减排。
