Abstract:

本发明公开了稀土Er微合金化的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金及其制备方法,属于金属合金技术领域。本发明是在Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金中加入0.02-0.1wt.%的稀土Er,方法是:首先铸造成合金锭,采用双级均匀化退火工艺退火,然后进行锻造变形或挤压变形,并在465-475℃固溶处理,然后进行峰值时效处理或双级过时效处理。本发明将稀土元素Er,以合适的量和方式加入到Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金中,与合金发生有效的微合金化作用,从而使合金具有高强度的同时具有良好的塑性和断裂韧性。
