Abstract：
本发明涉及一种5-甲基吡嗪-2-羧酸的制备方法。该方法是以甲醇或者乙醇为溶剂，选用1~150ppm具有式(Ⅰ)或式(Ⅱ)结构的单核金属卟啉为催化剂，在浓度为0.5~5.0mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中，通入0.5~2.5MPa氧气，于60~120℃下反应4~12小时，得到5-甲基吡嗪-2-羧酸。本方法采用金属卟啉作为催化剂，乙醇的碱溶液作溶剂，催化剂用量小，无污染，溶剂绿色，大大降低了溴化钾以及酸对反应设备的腐蚀，提高了实验操作的安全性。
