Abstract:

一种行波管高频结构件用高强度高导电高导热材料的制备方法,属于金属复合材料领域,解决行波管高频结构件损耗和散热问题。本发明步骤:电镀前去除钨丝表面氧化物,然后分别用丙酮、酒精和蒸馏水进行超声波清洗,进一步去除附着在钨丝表面的油污和氧化物等杂质,以得到洁净的表面;之后电镀铜,电镀液的组成:五水硫酸铜 140~165g/L,硫酸 85~120g/L,  其余为水;工艺参数:pH值 0.3~0.5,电流密度 1.0~1.5A/dm2,  温度 25℃,电镀时间 4~5h,pH值用硫酸和氢氧化钠调节;钨丝的原始直径为Φ0.2mm,电沉积铜 4~5h后获得直径Φ0.6~Φ1.0mm。采用这种方法简单,操作简便,工艺参数易于调控。
