Abstract:

本发明涉及一种仿生催化氧气氧化对硝基乙苯制备对硝基苯乙酮的方法,该方法是以对硝基乙苯为原料,在常压、无溶剂下,选用1~30ppm单核金属卟啉和μ-氧-双核金属卟啉中的任意一种或两种组合作为催化剂,以10~60mL/min流速通入氧气,在150~200℃引发反应,然后在80~128℃反应6~18h,得到对硝基苯乙酮。本发明方法采用高温快速引发,低温反应的方式,使反应引发时间变得极短,大大缩短了反应时间,提高了反应效率,降低了能源消耗,减少了操作费用,增加了反应安全性。
