本发明公开了一种用于Mg-Gd-Er-Zr合金的应力诱导多级固溶处理工艺,属于金属材料热处理领域。包括以下步骤:首先对待处理合金实施50MPa拉应力并保持30min;然后将合金加热到490℃并保温1h;然后将合金升温至510℃并保温30min;最后将合金降温到490℃并保温30min,取出用80℃温水淬火。本方法针对Mg-Gd-Er-Zr体系合金的特点,采用残余应力条件诱导,并多级温度固溶的办法,大大改善了合金的微观组织,提高了合金的力学性能,并为下一的热加工或机加工提供了便利条件。
