Abstract:

本发明公开了一种新型Pt-Te金属间化合物的制备方法,属于燃料电池材料科学技术领域和电催化领域。包括以下步骤:1)将含铂、碲的前驱体及载体或者将负载型Pt/载体和含碲的前驱体超声分散于乙二醇的水溶液中,升温搅拌回流,调节pH=9,加入还原剂,在130-160℃反应2-4h后过滤、洗涤、干燥,制得Pt-Te金属间化合物的前驱体;2)将前驱体在还原气氛下400-700℃热处理0.5-3h,得到Pt1Te1/载体、Pt1Te2/载体或Pt2Te3/载体金属间化合物。本发明的金属间化合物对甲醇、甲酸、氧还原都具有良好的催化活性,适合质子交换膜燃料电池阴阳极电催化剂的要求。
