Abstract:

本发明公开了Al-Er-Zr合金及其时效强化工艺,属于合金技术领域。所述合金为在铝基体中加入了0.09~0.3%(重量百分比)的Er,0.08~0.3%(重量百分比)的Zr。该合金的固溶时效热处理工艺包括以下步骤,首先在640±10℃固溶20~30小时,随后水淬到室温,然后在200~575℃之间每隔25℃等时时效3小时,或者在300~450℃之间等温时效,最佳的等温时效温度在350~400℃之间。本发明由于采用了Er和Zr复合微合金化,具有非常显著的时效强化效果,相对Al-Er合金提高了时效强化效果和热稳定性,相对Al-Zr合金则使得时效析出的过程明显加速。
