Abstract:

一种制备纳米/微米晶复合结构纯铜的方法属于金属材料制备技术领域。本发明在电沉积过程中采用脉冲电源,通电阶段电流密度为:20~28A/dm2,正占空比12%~25%,将阳极、阴极平行插入电解液中,阳极为纯铜,阴极为不锈钢;电解液的成分为硫酸铜:460~510克/升,添加剂成分为糖精:62~70克/升。在沉积过程中搅拌,搅拌速度为:60~80转/分;在50℃~58℃恒温下进行,沉积时间在30分钟~2小时,并且在电沉积过程中补充硫酸铜溶液。本发明获得了纳米/微米晶复合结构材料,解决材料强度提高而塑性降低的问题。
