Abstract:
载有米托蒽醌的葡聚糖-聚乳酸共聚物纳米粒子的制备方法属制药技术领域。将葡聚糖溶于二甲基亚砜中,通过催化剂三乙胺的作用,在80-85℃下氮气气氛中与丙交酯反应10-15小时得到葡聚糖-聚乳酸共聚物,进而作为包裹材料,分别通过双乳法和纳米沉淀法制备出载有米托蒽醌的葡聚糖-聚乳酸共聚物纳米粒子。本发明所涉及的纳米粒子制备方法不仅有利于提高米托蒽醌的包封率,而且避免了繁琐和复杂的修饰步骤,具有工艺简单,操作方便,重复性好,成本低廉,利于推广等特点。
