Abstract：
本发明公开了一种颗粒增强镍钛基耐磨堆焊层及其制备方法，属于堆焊技术领域。增强颗粒为碳化钛，碳化钛均匀地分散在镍钛合金基堆焊层中，碳化钛占合金的百分比：50-60％，镍钛合金基质量百分比：40-50％；其中在镍钛合金基中镍的质量百分含量：53-57％，钛的质量百分含量43-47％。制备方法是，将镍钛份混合，然后加入碳化钛，得到合金粉末，采用等离子弧堆焊设备将所得的合金粉末堆焊到基体之上。本发明所提供的堆焊层耐磨性好，其相对耐磨性是Q235钢的11倍。
