Abstract:

本发明公开了一种颗粒增强镍钛基耐磨堆焊层及其制备方法,属于堆焊技术领域。增强颗粒为碳化钛,碳化钛均匀地分散在镍钛合金基堆焊层中,碳化钛占合金的百分比:50-60%,镍钛合金基质量百分比:40-50%;其中在镍钛合金基中镍的质量百分含量:53-57%,钛的质量百分含量43-47%。制备方法是,将镍钛份混合,然后加入碳化钛,得到合金粉末,采用等离子弧堆焊设备将所得的合金粉末堆焊到基体之上。本发明所提供的堆焊层耐磨性好,其相对耐磨性是Q235钢的11倍。
