Abstract：
本发明公开了一种高硼高铬耐磨堆焊药芯焊丝，属于材料加工工程中的焊接领域。本发明焊丝由低碳钢包皮或不锈钢包皮与芯部粉末组成，堆焊药芯焊丝合金元素含量范围为：硼4～11％铬3～21％碳0.3～3％铌0.1～2.2％、镍(Ni)0～1％、稀土(RE)0～1％、钛(Ti)0～2.5％、Na/K变质剂0～1％。本发明耐磨堆焊药芯焊丝主要依靠硼、铬、碳等合金元素以及少量的铌元素，形成的硼化物、少量碳化物实现堆焊合金的耐磨性能，并通过调节硼、碳、铬、铌、硅、锰等元素的组合来调节提高合金综合性能。
