Abstract:

本发明涉及纳米晶块体金属材料的制备,具体是一种具有高密度纳米孪晶片层结构的纳米晶粒镍及其制备方法。利用直流电沉积技术制备高密度孪晶结构的镍材料,其微观结构由20纳米到500纳米的晶粒组成,每个纳米晶又由高密度的孪晶片层结构组成,孪晶片层的厚度在10纳米到200纳米之间,长度贯穿整个晶粒,具有孪晶片层结构的晶粒占整个样品晶粒的50%-100%。本发明与现有技术相比,具有孪晶结构的纳米晶镍具有优异的力学性能,室温拉伸屈服强度可达到1.6GPa~2.0GPa,断裂强度为1.9~2.29GPa,断裂延伸率可达到6.5%,纳米压痕硬度为3.3~3.8GPa,纳米压痕弹性模量为150GPa~240GPa。
