Abstract：
一种用于锤式破碎机锤头的抗冲击磨损药芯焊丝属于耐磨堆焊材料领域。本发明拟解决锤式破碎机锤头在冲击磨损条件下耐磨性能差的问题。本发明所提供的药芯焊丝采用低碳钢外皮包裹药芯；所述的药芯和低碳钢外皮的重量比为25∶75～30∶70；所述药芯的组分及其重量百分比为：高碳铬铁25～40％、钛酸钾2～3％、碳化钛20～40％、萤石2～3％、钼铁10～14％、中碳锰铁6～9％，硅铁6～9％，铝粉2～3％。本发明焊丝具有焊后堆焊层硬度高、没有裂纹、冲击磨损性能好等优点。
