Abstract:

分段进水生物脱氮与污泥产量耦合生物反应器属于污水处理领域。污水生物处理技术缺点之一是污泥产量大,低碳氮比的污水时总氮的去除效果不好。依次包括生物反应区以及二沉池;生物反应区依次包括好氧区O-I、缺氧区A-I、好氧区O-II、缺氧区A-II、好氧区O-III、缺氧区A-III、好氧区O-IV,每个好氧区与缺氧区体积比为1.5∶1~2∶1,生物反应区内部放置多孔载体,好氧区载体装填体积比为40%~60%;缺氧区载体装填体积比为90%~100%;每个区均设折流板。反应器分三段进水,二沉池设置出水管和排泥管,回流污泥由泵送至好氧区O-I。本实用新型TN去除率为75.3%,COD去除率94.3%,污泥产率为0.102kgMLSS/kgCOD。
