Abstract:

本实用新型是一种高重复频率亚纳秒脉宽电光调Q激光器,属于固体激光技术领域。它由泵浦源、泵浦耦合系统、谐振腔组成。其中谐振腔又由激光增益介质、熔石英玻璃、电光调Q开关、输出镜四部分组成。激光增益介质面向熔石英玻璃的端面切割成布儒斯特角,使谐振腔内不必放置偏振片即可实现起偏、检偏的效果。激光增益介质和电光调Q开关通过熔石英玻璃键合在一起,谐振腔中其余各种光学元件通过光胶结成一整体。本实用新型通过简化电光调Q激光器谐振腔的结构,减小了腔内插入损耗、缩短腔长,实现了0.5-2ns的窄脉宽,且重复频率在kHz以上,结构简单紧凑,产品体积小,易于模块化,大规模生产,并且成本低,输出脉冲的稳定性高。
