Abstract:

本发明属于高温超导涂层导体织构金属基带领域。本发明通过在NiW合金中添加微量的Ag元素,通过Ag的微合金化抑制NiW合金中S元素对立方织构的破坏,从而改善高W含量NiW合金基带的立方织构含量,获得高立方织构含量的金属基带。本发明方法简单易行,所制备的Ni-W合金基带具有良好的表面质量和锐利的立方织构,可以直接外延生长过渡层和超导层;同时在液氮温区无(低)磁性,并具有很高的机械强度,可以满足进一步提高YBCO涂层导体性能的要求。
