Abstract：
本发明属于材料加工工程中的热喷涂领域。本发明的目的在于提供一种电弧喷涂低合金量Fe基非晶合金涂层用粉芯线材。本发明所提供的粉芯线材采用不锈钢带包裹粉芯；线材的直径为2.0mm；粉芯占线材的质量百分比为25-42％；粉芯的各组分及其质量百分含量为：硼铁：40-70％、锰铁：1-5％、硅铁：5-15％、铬粉：1-20％、钼铁：5-20％、碳化铬：5-15％，混合稀土：1-5％。本发明所提供的粉芯线材具有较高的非晶形成能力，采用电弧喷涂技术制备的涂层的组织结构致密、热稳定性能好，其非晶相含量＞70％，显微硬度HV0.1＞1300。
