一种有机物掺杂的MgB2块材的制备方法属于MgB2超导材料制备领域。现有纳米颗粒掺杂MgB2成本高,不利于工业化生产。本发明通过将硼粉与掺杂物粉末加入去离子水中搅拌1h后,烘干水分,再将其与镁粉在手套箱中充分混和,其中,镁粉与硼粉的摩尔比为1~1.1∶2,掺杂物粉末占前驱粉末重量的10~30%;再将前驱粉末压制成块材,压强为6~14MPa,保持5min;最后将块材在流动Ar气下,以6℃/min的升温速率升温到600~900℃,并保温1h,随炉冷却得到有机物掺杂的MgB2块材。本发明块材临界电流密度高,制备成本低,有利于工业化生产。
