Abstract：
本发明属于材料加工工程中的热喷涂领域。本发明目的在于提供一种电弧喷涂FeCrMoCBSi系非晶合金涂层用的粉芯线材。本发明所提供的粉芯线材采用不锈钢外皮包裹粉芯；线材的直径为2.0mm；粉芯占线材的质量百分比为28-42％；粉芯的各组分及其质量百分含量为：CrB：40-70％、硅铁：4-20％、铬粉：1-6％、钼铁：10-20％、高碳铬铁：1-5％、碳化铬：5-15％、混合稀土0-5％。本发明粉芯线材具有较高的非晶形成能力，采用电弧喷涂制备的涂层组织结构致密、热稳定性能好，其非晶相含量＞70％，显微硬度HV0.1＞1260。
