Abstract:

本发明涉及一种预应力橡胶隔震支座,属于结构隔震控制领域。该抗拉预应力橡胶隔震支座由上、下连接钢板、内部薄钢板、内部橡胶层、预应力钢绞线和锚具组成。内部薄钢板与内部橡胶层交替叠合,内部薄钢板、内部橡胶层、外部橡胶保护层与上、下连接钢板经高温、高压硫化在一起,内有预应力钢绞线,并通过锚具与上、下连接钢板连接。该抗拉预应力橡胶支座利用橡胶支座抗压承载力大来弥补抗拉能力不足,支座承受使用荷载前,预先施加压应力,在罕遇地震下,支座保持在受压或小拉应力状态,确保隔震结构体系安全。该支座结构简单,隔震机理明确,适用于抗震性能要求高的高层建筑、塔形结构、大跨度桥梁以及其它大型构筑物的隔震控制。
