Abstract：
本发明公开了Al-Mg-Mn-Zr-Er变形铝合金在激光焊和TIG焊方面的应用，采用适当的焊接工艺，微量稀土元素Er在Al-Mg-Mn-Zr合金中，能与合金发生有效的微合金作用，从而提高合金的焊接性能。焊接热影响区的晶粒显著细化，焊接热影响区的显微硬度显著提高，焊接热影响区的范围变小，能够广泛应用于工业生产中。
