Abstract:

The compressed air is used as the working medium, the performance of single screw expander at different inlet pressure and lubricant viscosity was experimentally studied in detail. The experimental results show that the power and efficiency can be increased and the gas consumption can be reduced by increasing inlet pressure, using low-viscosity lubricant for low inlet pressure and high-viscosity lubricant for high inlet pressure. © 2017, Editorial Board of Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica.
