Abstract：
Al-Mg-Si-0.3Mn-0.2Er的制备工艺，属于金属合金技术领域。 本发明是通过将Al-Mg-Si-0.3Mn-0.2Er合金铸锭经460/12h+550℃ /12h双级均匀化处理后进行切头、铣面后经热轧-冷轧制成的板材， 进行540℃/0.5h+水淬固溶处理，再于模拟烤漆温度175℃下时效热 处理0.5～24h或模拟烤漆时间在175℃～250℃时效热处理0.5h，提 高合金强度。合金在175℃时效处理24h或于225℃进行0.5h的时效 热处理可达到最高强度。本发明提供了一种含Er的Al-Mg-Si-Mn在 时效处理制度，并以实例说明了这种制度的可行性。
