Abstract:

本发明公开了一种光电测霜传感器,包括基座、导热件、光发射器、光 接收器、上盖板和固定件,其中基座是带有两个凸起的平板,在平板底侧设 置半圆柱形凹槽,导热件嵌套于所述基座的凹槽内,导热件顶部伸出基座平 板的上表面,在基座的两个凸起内侧,分别放置光发射器和光接收器,光发 射器和光接收器与上盖板连接成一体,上盖板与基座的两个凸起连接,基座 与固定件连接。基座为绝缘、绝热等材质,导热件为导热材质。本发明的效 果在于:可对空气源热泵机组、热泵型房间空调器等制冷装置的霜层厚度进 行直接感应,有效控制空气源热泵机组、热泵型房间空调器等制冷装置的除 霜操作,进而避免制冷装置“误除霜”事故的发生。
