Abstract:

本实用新型涉及一种半导体激光阵列的微通道热沉装置,属于激光光电 子技术及其应用领域。本装置由导热性能良好的内部镂空的金属薄片热沉叠 合封装构成,分别为传热层(5),微通道层(6),导流层(8),过流层(10), 底板(14)。微通道层(6)中有m条宽度为d的微型通水沟道(7),并且 相邻两微型通水沟道(7)之间的间距相等。微型通水沟道(7)与半导体激 光阵列(12)的发光单元(13)按比例关系对应,达到了均匀冷却半导体激 光阵列(12)的目的,提高了半导体激光阵列(12)的光束质量和寿命。
