Abstract:

超细结构的WC-Co金属陶瓷涂层的制备方法属于新材料和表面工程技术领域。本发明拟解决现有电镀硬铬工艺带来Cr6+污染和危害的问题以及目前粗粉涂层综合性能较差的问题。本发明以WO2.9、Co3O4和碳黑为原料,球磨混合后在真空炉中原位反应合成粒径为150~300纳米的WC-Co复合粉;利用离心喷雾干燥机对复合粉进行造粒、筛分和烘干后得到尺寸均匀的球形颗粒;随后利用超音速火焰喷涂设备将球形颗粒的复合粉喷射到工件表面制备出超细结构的WC-Co金属陶瓷涂层。该涂层具备高硬度、高耐磨性,以及优良的强度和韧性配合的性能。
