Abstract:

多元复合稀土钨电极材料的拉丝方法属于稀土难熔功能材料领域。多元复合稀土钨电极材料加工性能差,因此目前未产业化生产,使替代钍钨进程停滞不前。本发明针对此现状提供一种多元复合稀土钨电极材料的拉丝方法,即:先将拉丝模预热到500-550℃,等炉温升至1175-1225℃时,固定加热功率,进行多元复合稀土钨电极材料的拉丝加工,依次采用Φ2.5、Φ2.0、Φ1.6、Φ1.2拉丝模加工,经过Φ1.2拉丝模加工后,调整加热炉的功率,使炉温保持在875-925℃。然后进行Φ1.0拉丝模加工,可加工制备Φ2.5-Φ1.0多种规格的多元复合稀土钨电极。该方法低能耗,加工成品率高。
