Abstract:
一种热喷涂用TiB2纳微米结构喂料的制备方法,属于粉体加工领域。目前自蔓延高温合成(SHS)法生产的TiB2粉末颗粒形状不规则,粒径细小,流动性差,热喷涂工艺中送粉困难。本发明将平均粒度小于5μm的TiB2粉与粒度小于0.2μm其他纳米粒子混合后,经湿法球磨及超声波处理获得纳微米悬浊液,对混浊液进行喷雾干燥后获得TiB2纳微米结构的团聚粉,再将团聚粉真空热处理后得到热喷涂用TiB2纳微米结构喂料。本发明方法制备的热喷涂用TiB2纳微米结构喂料,其外观是球形,粒度分布均匀,单个球形颗粒内部仍存在纳米颗粒,流动性在60~102s/50g,满足热喷涂用TiB2喂料的物理性能要求。
