Abstract：
本实用新型提出了一种电压频率测量分析系统及分析方法，可以应用到检测、数据采集分析、变频技术等领域。该装置可以对电压信号、频率信号测量，精度高达1/106。本实用新型提出了压频曲线线性度αout、压频比Kout和压频基点V50Hz进行计算和分析得出结论的方法，并配合、绘制压时、频时和压频曲线分析方法，为待测设备，特别是变频设备运行状况提供有效的辅助分析手段。实现了低成本、高精度、宽范围电压、频率测量，和对测量结果的智能分析功能。
