Abstract：
离心式PCR分析仪属于生物、医学领域。传统用于分析聚合酶链反应(PCR)原始靶基因浓度方法缺点：荧光检测模块不固定从而影响检测精确度；第二：仪器扫描部分机械结构复杂，成本高、不利于小型化。本发明在利用DSP电路控制变温金属模块对靶基因进行扩增的同时，对被测反应物发出的荧光进行检测。本发明通过创新的离心式设计与光路固定方法，实现了产品小型化，避免了机械振动带来的检测误差。
