Abstract:

一种组合热轧角钢防压曲支撑(BRAB)属于土木工程结构消能减震技术领域。目前,国际上所用防压曲支撑的钢芯均为低屈服点钢材,而国内钢材市场尚不能批量提供优质低屈服点钢材及制品,钢材截面形状也难于选择,不能满足工程要求。本实用新型采用屈服强度为300-400MPa碳素结构热轧角钢组合制作成截面符合工程要求的钢芯;钢芯工作段截面面积Ac满足0.5Al≤Ac≤0.8Al,长度lc满足0.4l≤lc≤0.7l;构造间隙厚度为钢芯受压屈服时横向变形的1.5-2.5倍。本实用新型组合热轧角钢防压曲支撑耗能稳定,不失稳,抗低周疲劳性能好,具有优异的抗震性能,能够满足工程抗震设计的多种需求和增加结构抗侧移刚度。
